These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of planis.ai, a product operated by Begovo Inc ("Begovo", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. For questions, contact info@planis.ai.
The service
planis.ai provides tools to create, edit, share, and export travel plans and related documents (including PDFs and invoices), subject to your subscription and feature availability. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via our payment provider (Stripe) according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply. You may cancel according to the billing settings in the product; access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to use.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and, where changes are material, provide additional notice as appropriate.
